Our Program
KidCare Early Learning Academy currently offers four private tuition classes. We accept childcare assistance.
At KidCare Early Learning, we use the Frog Street curriculum, which you can learn more about here. We are supported in our curriculum training and development by the Louisiana Department of Education. We assess children regularly using the Teaching Strategies Gold framework (TS Gold), which helps us communicate each child’s progress in fine and gross motor skills, language development, early literacy, early numeracy and math, social and emotional abilities, and cognitive skills.
Every teacher at KidCare works a full-time schedule and is a career early childhood educator. Each teacher holds a CDA (Child Development Associates) along with an Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate. Our teaching philosophy is that children deserve individualized care and the opportunity to develop in a relaxed environment at their own pace. We are a very play-based program and we provide outdoor learning experiences as much as possible. We strive to make sure children are prepared for lifelong learning and positive relationships.
